- Technical and software services, and
- Sales of computer equipment and peripherals.

Services (General Scope)

Implementation of software (e.g., corporate antivirus, creative suites, basic ERP), validating manufacturer requirements, compatibility, and functionality. - 🛠️ Space Shield – Preventive Maintenance
Software cleanup, driver updates, startup optimization, system health checkups, and best practices to extend equipment lifespan. - 🌌 Stellar Rescue – Data Recovery
Professional recovery attempts for HDD/SSD/USB/SD. No guaranteed results; handled with “best effort” under strict confidentiality protocols. - 🛰️ Command Center – Monthly Support & Management Systems
Monthly contracts for unlimited remote support, scheduled visits, monitoring, and deployment of admin systems (service orders, sales, reports, invoicing). - 🌐 Digital Galaxy – Custom Development
Plugins, integrations, and web/app systems with deliverables, timelines, and scope defined by proposal; includes testing and basic hardening.

Products (Sales & Catalog)
Our Site offers new, open-box, or refurbished equipment (as specified), from brands like Apple, HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, and more. Each product includes a technical data sheet with specifications (e.g., processor, RAM, SSD storage, graphics, screen size and resolution, connectivity, keyboard layout, OS, weight, dimensions), condition (new/refurbished), warranty, availability, and price.
Technical Sheets, Compatibility & Images
- Specs are sourced from manufacturers and/or commercial batches and may vary by revision (e.g., soldered vs. upgradable RAM, number of ports, IPS/TN panel, ES/US keyboard).
- Images are illustrative; the final product may differ by region or shipment.
- The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility with their software, accessories, or workflows.
Prices, Stock & Promotions
- Prices are in MXN (including VAT unless stated otherwise).
- Stock and promotions are subject to real-time availability and may change without prior notice.
Delivery, Shipping & Licenses
- Shipping or pickup options vary by zone and product.

- Digital licenses (if applicable) are sent by email with activation instructions.
Warranties & Returns

III. Contracting & Payment Process
Service Contracting or Product Purchase
The Client may acquire any service or product from CompuCorel through the Site.
Upon selection, the Client must provide all required information for registration, billing, and delivery, and confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment Methods
CompuCorel accepts credit and debit cards, processed via secure, certified payment gateways. CompuCorel does not store or access any banking or card data.
Alternative methods (wire transfer, deposit, or direct link) may be accepted upon written confirmation from our sales team.
Payment Confirmation & Delivery
The service or product is considered contracted once payment is confirmed by the payment gateway or relevant banking institution.
CompuCorel will send an email confirmation with order or service details, including estimated delivery or execution timelines.
- Shipping, Delivery & Activation
Delivery of Physical Products
- Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, product availability, and courier service.
- CompuCorel is not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events (weather, accidents, etc.).
- Upon receiving the product, the Client must inspect the packaging and contents. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours.
Delivery or Activation of Digital Services
For licenses, installations, or remote services:
- The Client will receive an email or instructions to activate their service, schedule support, or access a remote session.
- For digital licenses, delivery of the code and installation guide is considered complete product delivery.
- CompuCorel is not responsible for installation failures due to incompatible hardware or unsupported environments.
- Responsibilities
CompuCorel:
- Deliver the contracted services/products according to the published or agreed specifications.
- Maintain necessary security protocols to protect Client data and devices.
- Provide technical support within the scope of the contracted service.
- Meet reasonable delivery and response timelines.
Client:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated information for contracting and delivery.
- Allow remote or physical access when required for service.
- Maintain backups of data prior to any technical intervention.
- Use products according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Refrain from any conduct that may harm CompuCorel’s operation or reputation.
- Warranties & Technical Support
New Products
New products sold by CompuCorel carry a manufacturer warranty, with duration and terms detailed in each product listing.
The Client must manage warranty claims directly with the manufacturer unless stated otherwise.
Refurbished or Used Products
These carry a limited CompuCorel warranty, applicable only to malfunctions not caused by improper use.
Technical Support
Support scope depends on the plan or service contracted and includes only issues related to the original service.
Additional development, advanced reconfigurations, or reinstallations are not included unless purchased separately.
VII. Cancellations & Refunds
Services
- Clients may cancel a service before execution begins.
- Once started, no refund will apply unless the issue is attributable to CompuCorel (unresolved failure, technical breach, operational inability).
- If eligible, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 15 business days, subject to banking timelines.
Products
- Returns are only accepted for factory defects or incorrect products, reported within five (5) calendar days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories and labels intact.
- Returns are not accepted for compatibility issues, incorrect purchases, or change of mind.
Digital Licenses & Software
Licenses, digital activations, or downloaded software are non-refundable once issued or activated.
VIII. Limitation of Liability
CompuCorel is not liable for:
- Loss of data, files, or configurations due to technical intervention or uncontrollable events.
- Pre-existing hardware/software incompatibilities.
- Indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or post-delivery tampering.
CompuCorel’s total liability to the Client shall never exceed the actual amount paid for the affected product or service.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection
CompuCorel protects Client data according to its Privacy Notice, available on the Site.
During technical or remote support, only the minimum necessary data will be accessed to perform the requested service.
All data handled is treated with confidentiality and appropriate technical safeguards.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the CompuCorel Site (images, logos, texts, trademarks, data sheets, software, catalogs, technical materials) is the property of VENTAS DIAGON, S.A. DE C.V. or its licensors.
Reproduction in whole or in part is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
Custom developments or configurations performed by CompuCorel become the property of the Client upon full payment.
- Changes to the Terms
CompuCorel may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or business changes.
The current version will always be published on the Site with the last updated date.
Continued use of the Site or services implies automatic acceptance of any changes.
XII. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, and any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City, with both parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
